“CellSpotting.com” is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Use of the service is free of charge for personal use.
The deal is as follows; You help visitors with information about places you know about and in return you get information about places you visit!
CellSpotting.com provides the infrastructure for the service and will have the right to sell professional services based on cellspotting technology. Such professional services may include detailed surveying to provide detailed cell information in selected areas, information gathered professionally will be feed back to the cellspotting database and made publicly available.
You may not use the Cellspotting service to sell a product or service without permission. You may not take the information from “Cellspotting” to sell it or reformat it for other purposes. You may not mirror or place Cellspotting information on other services without permission from Cellspotting.com. You may not use tools to send automated queries to Cellspotting.com.

Information gathering and updating the information:
The information provided by the service is gathered by its users, or by operators willing to give accurate data from their own networks. We cannot guarantee that content is accurate for each cell or area at every time. Some operators may change their networks configuration over time, and it may take some time for our users to adjust or fill the data needed. We encourage users to fill/edit/update cell information that is not correct, use good “etiquette” and common sense when updating the database.

Cellspotting Tools
Developers are encouraged to develop tools for accessing Cellspotting. The main purpose for Cellspotting is to give information related to the location of the user. The Cellspotting team will develop for devices that we know, such as the Nokia Series 60 Phones and Java Tools For PC.
But there may be other devices suitable for this service. We provide a “Public interface” that other tools may use at no cost, Tools that use the “Cellspotting Public Interface” must be made available to the Public at no extra cost.

You must not, and by using Cellspotting.com you agree not to:

a) post or link to material that is copyrighted, unless you are the copyright owner or have the permission of the copyright owner to post it

b) post or link to material that reveals trade secrets, unless you own them or have the permission of the owner

c) post or link to material that infringes on any other intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others

d) post or link to material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or embarrassing to another user or any other person or entity

e) post or link to sexually-explicit images or statements

f) post or link to advertisements or solicitations of business, chain letters or pyramid schemes

g) post or link to material that contains viruses or other computer programming routines or engines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or information.

h) impersonate another person
